Quality its a STATED need, its must always come to the product or service. At JTC Pallets, we always would want to offer and give the IMPLIED needs of our Customers e.g. on time deliveries, innovating processes lead to cost reduction, process optimization, etc. Doing this, we not only build the partnership but a special connection between us and our Customers. A connection not only as a pallet/service provider but solution provider to their pallet problems.

Our goal is to align pallet specification of the customer to our production and ensure it is well understood and implemented on the production floor. Doing it the first time and the right way would eliminate off-specs pallets and increase our productivity. Production is just one part of the puzzle, having a good quality wood would also contribute to the overall quality of the pallets.
